AI ML Engineer

About the Role: Qode is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to work on production-grade AI/ML implementations. The ideal candidate will focus heavily on Document AI, intelligent automation, and deploying scalable machine learning models.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for document processing and automation.
• Build end-to-end pipelines for data extraction, classification, and validation.
• Implement and integrate Document AI and OCR-based solutions.
• Develop LLM-driven applications using modern frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of strong experience in production-grade AI/ML implementations.
• Expertise in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), NLP, and Document AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Azure AI Document Intelligence, AWS Textract, LlamaParse, LangGraph, and LangChain.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong mathematical foundation (Linear Algebra, Probability, Statistics, Optimization).
