What You’ll Do

• Architect Autonomous Systems: Design, build, and maintain complex multi-agent workflows and architectures, including hierarchical, sequential, and parallel agent systems.
• High-Performance Engineering: Work with ultra-optimized Python runtimes to maximize agent speed and computational efficiency.
• Simulate & Test: Implement and test agent swarms in advanced simulation environments to ensure robustness before deployment.
• Empower Developers: Develop production-ready code snippets, real-world examples, and application templates to support our developer community and enterprise clients.

Who You Are / Must-Haves

• Python Expert: Proven experience as a software engineer with strong proficiency in Python and modern software engineering best practices.
• Agentic AI Native: Practical experience building agentic/multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as AutoGen, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI or similar.
• LLM Architect: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, embeddings, and API-driven AI integrations.
• ML Fundamentals: Solid background in machine learning, including model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Quality Focused: Hands-on experience with AI evaluation frameworks, benchmarking methodologies, and prompt/agent quality metrics.
• Systems Builder: Experience working with distributed systems, microservices, and building scalable, high-performance production applications.
• Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with the ability to design solutions for complex, ambiguous technical challenges in a remote-first environment.

Bonus Points

• Advanced Reasoning: Experience designing end-to-end agentic workflows involving planning, tool use, retrieval, reflection, and self-correction.
• Hybrid Architectures: Hands-on experience implementing knowledge-graph-based reasoning or symbolic + neural hybrid architectures.
• MLOps Experience: Familiarity with cloud-native MLOps platforms (Vertex AI, SageMaker, Databricks) or container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Leadership: Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small, high-impact engineering initiatives.
