AI-Driven Software Engineer

BITKRAFT Ventures, a global leader in early-stage gaming and Web3 investments with over $1B in assets, is looking for an AI-Driven Software Engineer. This role is unique: You must have a strong engineering background, but you must have transitioned to AI-driven development. Instead of writing code line-by-line, you will instruct and orchestrate AI-coding systems and autonomous agents to build their in-house Operating Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Orchestration: Orchestrate multi-step agent workflows, including planning, development, testing, and documentation.
• Feature Ownership: Own full-stack features built primarily via AI-Development tools rather than manual coding.
• Code Review: Review, debug, and validate AI-generated code for production readiness (You are the Editor, AI is the Writer).
• Prompt Engineering: Continuously improve prompts, tools, and agent strategies to optimize the development process.
• Platform Building: Design and build the internal platform that leverages autonomous agents to enrich datasets and optimize investment processes.

Requirements

• AI-Native Experience: Must have shipped software where AI-Coding tools generated the majority of the code.
• Technical Foundation: Solid understanding of standard web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS), AWS, and Database systems.
• System Thinking: Strong systems thinking and failure-mode analysis; comfortable debugging code you did not write.
• Mindset: High agency and low ego toward "ownership of code" (since the AI wrote it).
• Environment: Experience on *Nix-based systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-agent workflows in real projects.
• Prompt/version control for production systems.
• Opinions about when not to trust agents.
