We are seeking a highly analytical, narrative-driven AI Content Specialist to join our core centralized marketing division in a full-time remote capacity across the United States. • Programmatic Prompt Framework Governance: Architect, test, and document complex system prompt structures and automated AI-assisted editing workflows to ensure rigid consistency across brand tone, quality metrics, and category positioning.
  • Flagship CTI Brief Newsletter Curation: Direct the comprehensive editorial lifecycle of DemandTec’s marquee publication, “The CTI Brief,” managing writing and technical layouts to build an authoritative, must-read asset for retail trade professionals.
  • Multi-Channel Performance Tracking: Monitor, extract, and optimize newsletter performance rows, tracking session metrics, subscriber growth rates, open distributions, and click-through metrics (CTR) natively leveraging Prompt Engineering or marketing analytics layers.
  • B2B Enterprise Social Media Management: Own and scale DemandTec’s corporate LinkedIn network presence, drafting scheduled posts, managing interactions, and providing executive social media ghostwriting loops for key corporate leaders.
  • Thought Leadership and Network Engagement Writing: Draft high-impact blogs, points-of-view (POV) essays, and technical resource articles tailored explicitly to engage the platform’s 7,800 plus active CPG supplier community.
  • Cross-Functional Event Asset Alignment: Partner with Brand Marketers and Event Managers to engineer supportive textual assets for corporate event campaigns, trade show placements, and sponsored enterprise copy networks.
  • Autonomous Calendar Administration: Manage, track, and execute an organized multi-channel content calendar with absolute independence, maintaining steady publishing cadences without losing structural narrative depth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of verified professional history running commercial B2B content marketing, digital copywriting, technical asset curation, or audience growth execution inside a fast-paced technology or SaaS ecosystem.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of editorial quality control, semantic hierarchy structuring, audience-aware copy mapping, and demand generation frameworks.
  • Expert-tier background drafting multi-format marketing narratives, optimizing copy engagement, and editing business materials natively utilizing Content Writer strategies.
  • Practical operational familiarity structuring logic loops, testing inputs, and writing structured instructions natively using Prompt Engineering methodologies (specifically utilizing tools like Claude or Jasper frameworks daily).
  • Demonstrated experience contributing directly to an enterprise B2B social media channel (specifically LinkedIn corporate page management), producing documented, measurable target engagement indicators.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication traits in business-fluent English, enabling uncompromised clarity and scannability across public thought leadership placements.
  • Location Context and Work Clearance: Position open exclusively to qualified content specialists based permanently and resident within the United States who possess full baseline authorization to operate without requiring current or future employer visa sponsorship.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior commercial content history operating explicitly within the retail software, consumer packaged goods (CPG) supply chain, distributed data analytics, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems sectors.
  • Hands-on functional experience managing mass-distribution newsletter loops and analyzing performance metrics inside HubSpot software frameworks.
  • An outcome-driven personal philosophy rooted in high technological curiosity, a self-managing work style, and an intense passion for out-pacing generic content calendars through clever human-AI collaboration.

What We Offer

  • Competitive United States Salaried Blueprint: An attractive full-time base salary package structured transparently between $50,000 and $60,000 USD per year, calibrated precisely to evaluate your copy craftsmanship, SaaS marketing background, and prompt system velocities.
  • The exceptional professional canvas to directly direct, shape, and engine-prompt the communication assets power-routing trade intelligence positioning for a global market pioneer.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters offering a 100% virtual framework across America, complete scheduling trust, and zero physical geographic office commuting friction.
  • Immediate baseline access to premium comprehensive corporate benefits, providing full health, dental, and vision insurance coverages.
