Job Summary
We are searching for an AI & Automation Specialist to design, build, and scale intelligent systems that power both internal operations and client success. This role sits at the intersection of automation engineering, product systems, and client-facing communication.
You’ll work closely with founders and stakeholders to architect high-impact automation workflows, integrate tools across tech stacks, and translate complex systems into clear, actionable solutions. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable AI-driven infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize automation workflows using tools like GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Audit and improve existing systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
- Integrate platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
- Develop and maintain CRM systems, pipelines, and multi-step workflows
- Architect end-to-end AI and automation systems for client businesses
- Build workflows for lead generation, nurturing, content creation, and sales processes
- Connect CRMs, email platforms, calendars, payment systems, and project management tools
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize deployed solutions
- Create clear SOPs, user guides, and technical documentation
- Translate technical concepts into simple explanations for non-technical stakeholders
- Provide technical support to clients, team members, and prospects
- Contribute to technical content (documentation, scripts, or training materials)
- Build scalable automation systems for onboarding, operations, and data management
- Own and maintain the company’s technical backbone
- Ensure all systems are robust, efficient, and scalable
Requirements
Technical Expertise
- 3+ years of experience building automation workflows and CRM systems in real business environments
- Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Strong experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and systems integration
- Experience connecting CRMs with email, payments, calendars, and other tools
- Familiarity with data management tools like Airtable or Google Sheets
- Experience implementing AI workflows into business processes
Communication & Client Skills
- Strong technical documentation skills (SOPs, guides, specs)
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders
Soft Skills
- Highly self-directed with strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong product thinking (scalability, UX, maintainability)
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in agency or consulting environments
- Technical content creation (articles, videos, documentation)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows
