AI Automation Specialist - Petra Brands

The Role:

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes AI. You'll help us use AI tools to automate workflows, speed up operations, and make our businesses run smarter. This isn't a research role, it's about getting things done. You'll work across our group of agency and retail businesses to find opportunities where AI can save time, reduce manual work, and improve results.

What You'll Do:

• Look at how we currently do things and find ways AI can make it faster or better
• Build and set up AI-powered workflows for operations, sales, data processing, and content creation
• Connect AI tools to our existing systems (CRMs, spreadsheets, databases, etc.)
• Write and refine prompts that get consistent, high-quality results from AI models
• Work with different teams to understand their pain points and build solutions
• Stay on top of new AI tools and bring fresh ideas to the table

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, Manus AI, or ChatGPT
• Comfortable with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Basic scripting skills (Python or JavaScript)
• Strong problem-solver who can break down messy processes
• Good communicator — can explain tech stuff to non-tech people

Nice To Have:

• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
• Familiarity with APIs and databases
• Background in agency or retail environments
• Experience measuring ROI on automation projects
