AI Automation Engineer

About the Role: VirtueStaff is looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer to lead the transformation of our client's business operations. The core mission of this role is to analyze existing manual workflows and re-engineer them using cutting-edge AI agents and automation sequences to significantly increase organizational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Analyze manual business operation workflows and design comprehensive AI-driven automation strategies.
• Architect, code, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of handling complex business tasks.
• Write and maintain high-quality code in JavaScript and Python to support sophisticated automation logic.
• Utilize advanced AI coding tools like OpenAI Codex and Claude Code to integrate business systems into a seamless ecosystem.
• Manage all codebases and automation scripts through GitHub, ensuring clear documentation.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in JavaScript and Python with a strong background in professional software or automation development.
• Proven track record in building complex automation workflows and integrating AI-driven logic.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and related large language model (LLM) APIs.
• Ability to map out business operations and identify the logic required to translate them into a digital agent.
• Bonus: Experience within the Marketing Industry, specifically regarding how marketing operations can be automated.
