About the Role: Our client, Growe Partners, is an affiliate program with top betting and casino offers. This role is perfect for those who aim to build and grow long-term relationships with high-value affiliates and negotiate custom deals in the iGaming industry.
What You'll Do
- Negotiate custom deals (RevShare, Hybrid, CPA) and exclusive offers with high-value affiliates.
- Initiate strategic partnerships and co-branded activations through day-to-day communication and live meet-ups.
- Collaborate with brand and affiliate teams to align affiliate marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Represent the company at major industry conferences and networking events (SBC, SIGMA, IGB, etc.).
- Research industry insights and the market situation to scale processes across the team.
What You Bring
- 1+ years in iGaming and high-risk industries in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of affiliate models and general business processes in the affiliate marketing industry.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, trackers, and performance dashboards.
- Strong community connection with affiliates, market leaders, media, and main platforms.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English; Spanish is a strong plus.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution and high emotional intelligence.
