What You'll Do

  • Performance Reporting: Download and prepare performance reports using our proprietary analytics tool for End of Week (EOW), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) deliverables.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Conduct weekly checks of affiliate sites for valid and invalid promotion codes, sending templated emails to partners in violation.
  • Outreach for Corrections: Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting corrections for compliance violations.
  • BrandVerity Checks: Perform semi-weekly BrandVerity checks to monitor for trademark infringements and follow up with violators via templated emails.
  • KPI Oversight: Check client KPIs daily, comparing them to defined guardrails and flagging any discrepancies to the Account Manager.
  • Monthly Recaps: Process monthly voids and edits, compiling a comprehensive recap for internal review.
  • Publisher Outreach: Assist in building publisher lists by researching contacts for our provided list of publishers.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in affiliate marketing.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Commission Junction or similar tools, and experience with BrandVerity or similar platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets and MS Office.
  • Client Management: Experience working with multiple clients or brands is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: You should be highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and capable of delivering quality work on time.
  • Schedule: Ability to work in any US timezone or a graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
