Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Account Supervisor to join our Consumer practice. You will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on practitioner, overseeing client programs, managing high-performing teams, and serving as the key point of contact for brands, CMOs, and founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership: Act as the senior day-to-day contact for multiple accounts, developing communications plans aligned with business goals.
- Media Relations: Guide media strategy across consumer industries, driving top-tier coverage and shaping thought leadership narratives.
- Team Management: Mentor junior and mid-level PR professionals, overseeing workload balance, deadlines, and career development.
- Strategic Growth: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business development and proposals.
- Performance Analytics: Deliver reporting and analysis that demonstrate tangible ROI using our proprietary data systems.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of PR experience, specifically within an agency environment.
- Proven success leading multiple client programs and managing account teams.
- Exceptional writing, pitching, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking with a relentless attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where ownership is expected from day one.
