Account Lead - Middle East - Fintech Ancillaries

About the Role: As an Account Lead within the Fintech Team at HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions), you will be responsible for driving the success of our fintech solutions with airline partners. You will work closely with airlines to launch new products, optimize and grow existing solutions, and develop new opportunities that drive both business growth and enhance the traveler experience. You'll be at the intersection of strategy, product development, and partnership management.

What You'll Do

• Build & Manage Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with airline partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech space.
• Product Development & Optimization: Lead the development and launch of new fintech products and work with airlines to improve existing solutions to maximize ancillary revenue.
• Product Implementations: Lead implementations for diverse accounts, including project management, stakeholder management, user acceptance testing, and issue triaging.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical tools to monitor product performance and make data-backed decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to deliver seamless product experiences.

• Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Creativity and strategic thinking to identify new opportunities in the fintech and travel spaces.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English (crucial for communicating with ME and NA partners).
• Bonus: Familiarity with airline operations, challenges, and revenue streams.
