Role Summary

We are expanding our core sales footprint to accelerate B2B revenue growth across the North American restaurant sector. As an early-stage Account Executive, you will own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close, targeting restaurant groups in the 10 to 50 location range. This is a high-ownership outbound closing role that works closely with executive leadership to refine our early-stage sales playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Cycle Account Ownership: Drive the complete sales funnel—prospecting mid-market owners, executing discovery setups, running product demos, and converting pilot loops.
  • High-Volume Outbound: Strategically contact owner-operators, General Managers, and Operations Directors at target multi-location restaurant chains.
  • Value Demonstrations: Lead interactive product calls highlighting how Ando’s engine streamlines demand forecasting, cuts shift friction, and optimizes staff retention.
  • Account Management: Stay heavily engaged post-sale with live operators to ensure immediate platform time-to-value, managing renewals and growth metrics.
  • Cross-functional Calibration: Funnel direct operational operator feedback back into internal Product and Engineering pipelines to advance features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of closing sales experience as an Account Executive, explicitly selling B2B SaaS into restaurant operator networks.
  • Complete baseline fluency in restaurant economics, GM pain points, and operational workflows.
  • A genuine, provable preference for high-velocity outbound pipeline building over inbound monitoring.
  • Strong demo instincts with the capacity to establish rapid product ROI and secure decisions inside conversational frameworks.
  • High comfort operating within fluid, fast-moving seed-stage environments where the sales playbook is actively being iterated.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication mechanics to track pipeline health honestly.
