Job Summary
We are hiring a results-driven Account Executive to join one of our high-growth client teams. This is a remote sales job ideal for professionals experienced in closing deals, managing the full sales cycle, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Conduct product demos and sales presentations to prospective clients
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers through consultative selling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Collaborate with SDRs and marketing teams to optimize pipeline generation
- Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals efficiently
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a closing sales role (Account Executive or similar)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing end-to-end B2B sales cycles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
- Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, Tech, or high-growth startup environments
- Familiarity with subscription-based sales models and recurring revenue (ARR/MRR)
- Experience selling to international markets (UK, US, or Europe)
- Background in consultative or solution-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
