Job Description

About the Role: SS&C Blue Prism is enabling business leaders to navigate ongoing digital transformation. We are seeking an Account Executive FSI to focus primarily on the insurance market, including insurers, underwriting organisations, and participants in the Lloyd's of London ecosystem. You will build relationships across the market, expand existing engagements, and help organisations explore AI-driven automation.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute account strategies focused on UK & Ireland insurance organizations.
  • Engage senior stakeholders in conversations around automation, AI, and operational transformation.
  • Position SS&C Blue Prism solutions as part of broader enterprise automation and digital workforce strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities, manage pipelines, and forecast accurately.
  • Collaborate with system integrators, consulting partners, and internal teams to drive growth.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions into Financial Services (specifically the insurance sector).
  • Deep understanding of the operational and regulatory challenges in the London insurance market.
  • Established professional network across insurance organizations in the UK & Ireland.
  • Consultative selling skills with experience using structured enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC).
