Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, career-minded bilingual Account Executive based in Canada to expand our market share with a focus on French-speaking markets. In this full-cycle SaaS sales track, you will own opportunities from initial pipeline generation and inbound lead qualification through to contract closing. You will deliver compelling technical product demonstrations, manage complex Request for Proposal (RFP) cycles, and build high-trust relationships with enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for a high-energy tech sales professional passionate about language automation tools and value-based selling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Bilingual Market Penetration: Drive net-new logo acquisitions and SaaS contract expansions across Canada, prioritizing French-speaking business and public sectors.
- Full Sales Cycle Execution: Actively convert inbound marketing leads and execute cold prospecting frameworks to maintain a robust, high-signal enterprise pipeline.
- Product Architecture Showcases: Deliver engaging software presentations and real-time live translation demonstrations to technical buyers and key corporate stakeholders.
- RFP & Contract Management: Author strategic, compliant responses to enterprise Request for Proposals (RFPs) and lead contract pricing negotiations.
- CRM Pipeline Analytics: Maintain flawless database records and highly accurate sales revenue forecasting models utilizing HubSpot CRM tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with executive leadership and marketing teams to implement targeted localization campaigns and regional promotional events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of verified professional history in B2B sales with a proven tracking record of closing technology solutions or software licenses.
- Demonstrated experience selling SaaS, cloud technology, or translation/language infrastructure software.
- Absolute, native-level verbal and written fluency in both French and English is completely non-negotiable.
- Strong background in value-based selling methodologies, pipeline forecasting, and rapid enterprise relationship-building.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Location Context: 100% remote-first workspace flexibility restricted to qualified sales professionals residing within Canada (with a strong preference for Ontario, Quebec, or the Maritime provinces).
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior technical familiarity selling inside Audio-Visual (AV) service industries, localization agencies, or unified communications platforms.
- Software literacy utilizing modern productivity hubs including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and enterprise analytical reporting suites.
