Job Description
HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS) is an AI-powered customer platform helping millions of organizations grow better. We are looking for an Account Executive for our Corporate Sales team, which targets large organizations with 500–5,000 employees. In this role, you will balance transactional and complex deals, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Sales Cycle: Manage a pipeline of self-sourced leads, identify potential buyers, and close business at or above quota level.
- Strategic Selling: Position the value of HubSpot’s software to mid-market/corporate companies (500-5000 employees).
- Consultative Approach: Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine strategic fit.
- Execution: Deliver product demos to diverse audiences and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategies.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years of managing full sales cycles (prospecting to close).
- SaaS Expertise: Minimum 3 years of specific SaaS sales experience.
- Methodology: Experience in value-based selling (e.g., Challenger Sale) is highly preferred.
- Track Record: Proven consistency as a top producer in previous sales roles.
