Account Director

About the Role: Incubeta is looking for a meticulous, process-driven Client Services / Project Manager to join our dedicated SAP account team. You will serve as the primary daily point of contact for our EMEA-based clients, ensuring that project briefs are captured accurately, production stays on track, and the final creative deliverables are flawless. The overall expectation is 70% focused on delivery management of assets and feedback, and 30% client growth strategy and relationship building.

What You'll Do

• Monitor the client's internal system (Opal) for new project briefs and evaluate them against the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Translate client briefs into our internal creative management tool (Lytho) with high technical accuracy.
• Perform a final QA on all creative assets before delivery to ensure they match the brief and meet brand standards.
• Upload finished assets back into Opal, manage the feedback loop, and track all delivery dates.
• Contribute on client status meetings, providing real-time updates on project health and timelines.
• Work with EMEA teams on reporting current performance and develop a client growth roadmap.
• Lead or assist weekly calls with stakeholders and OMD for alignment with media teams.

What You Bring

• Must speak fluent German, being able to review and contribute to German assets.
• Must be available during standard EMEA working hours to support clients and execution teams.
• Extreme attention to detail with the ability to act as the "final filter" for typos and design specs.
• Process-oriented mindset, capable of maintaining a well-oiled machine for a high-volume account.
• Creative literacy with an understanding of digital marketing formats (Paid Social, PMAX, etc.).
• Professional presence to lead stakeholder calls and manage expectations with a "client-first" attitude.
• Bonus: Experience with Opal, Lytho, Gdrive, and Sharepoint is a major plus.
