Built on a fierce commitment to a collaborative, inclusive workplace that celebrates diversity of thought and perspective, the organization unifies multi-service systems under five core values: trust each other, win together, strive for the best, own our actions, and grow and evolve. Renaissance provides high-agency product builders with an elite virtual-first environment to structure platform capabilities and scale student growth metrics safely across international networks.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Senior Product Manager - Platform Integrations to join our core centralized Next Platform group in a full-time remote capacity within the United States. In this highly technical and cross-functional product leadership seat, you will step up to claim individual strategic accountability for defining, optimizing, and streamlining the path for external applications and data assets to integrate flawlessly into the Renaissance ecosystem. Shifting completely away from superficial business logging or simple administrative document tracking, you will translate multi-layered product visions into technical integration roadmaps, technical specifications, and clear release criteria. This high-impact role requires an educational software veteran with a business or operational degree and 5+ years of progressively accountable product lifecycle background who manages complex technical priorities fluidly, collaborates directly with engineering leadership to execute roadmap deliverables, and applies data-driven metrics to drive product value lines forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Integration Roadmap Governance: Design, manage, and execute the core platform product roadmap for insight capabilities, tracking integration plans to convert abstract application ideas into cohesive Renaissance solutions.
  • End-to-End Agile Project Management: Lead and control full software development lifecycles from early customer discovery to final platform rollout, structuring sprint tasks and product requirements natively using Project Management methodologies.
  • Engineering Partnership and Backlog Triage: Partner peer-to-peer alongside engineering leadership and 1-2 developer teams to define robust product requirements, manage integration backlogs, and outline system release criteria.
  • Educational Dataset Analytical Auditing: Review, interpret, and leverage data inputs extracted from widespread educational assets—including assessments, skill practice logs, and reading files—natively leveraging Research analytics parameters.
  • Cross-Functional Launch Synchronization: Collaborate asynchronously across internal engineering, UX design, and fellow product managers to formulate launch campaigns, partnering with GTM (Go-to-Market) marketing teams to build clear positioning matrices.
  • AI-Forward Solution Prototyping: Research and apply advanced generative AI utilities and emerging educational technology patterns to solve complex user challenges and secure a continuous marketplace advantage.
  • Data Governance and Ethical Leadership: Champion data privacy best practices and enforce ethical AI principles throughout the entire product development lifecycle, protecting corporate compliance frameworks.
  • Multi-System Technical Orchestration: Develop broad technical expertise across diverse cloud technologies, multi-tenant databases, operating systems, and school devices to streamline data integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of verified professional history running advanced product strategy management, cloud software product lifecycles, technical project coordination, or B2B SaaS business consulting.
  • Proven track record successfully utilizing Scrum/Agile methodologies to prioritize complex technical work, map architectural release schedules, and deliver projects on budget under compressed timelines.
  • Deep, authoritative context regarding cross-functional stakeholder alignment, showing a production-tested capacity to lead engineering cells from abstract vision down to granular integration roadmaps natively using Project Management principles.
  • Practical operational experience interpreting raw analytical data tables and mapping quantitative metrics to inform feature priority lists natively utilizing Research analytics methodologies.
  • Demonstrated history nurturing an inclusive office culture that celebrates diversity of thought, critical evaluation, openness to net-new ideas, and cross-team execution.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics in fluent English, with an absolute readiness to articulate technical product values cleanly to cross-functional stakeholders and corporate client boards.
  • Academic Baseline Qualifications: A formal university Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution specializing in Business Management, Operations, Marketing, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
  • Location Context: Parameters open exclusively to qualified product managers base-stationed permanently within the **United States** to execute corporate platform duties under a 100% remote work arrangement.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior commercial history leading product teams inside an educational technology enterprise, learning management system (LMS) firm, student data portal provider, or cloud analytics platform.
  • Possession of an accredited Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or advanced product management certificates.
  • Familiarity with data storage standards, data integration frameworks, or multi-tenant system registry synchronization models.
  • An outcome-driven, self-directed product philosophy that thrives within fast-paced software environments and handles multi-project constraints with rigorous organization and low tolerance for inefficiencies.

What We Offer

  • High-Yield U.S. Salaried Baseline: An attractive full-time base salary scale structured transparently between $109,500 – $150,550 USD per year, calibrated precisely to evaluate and reward your platform integration authority and product management execution speed, subject to location parameters.
  • The exceptional professional canvas to directly direct, shape, and deploy the platform integration systems power-routing personalized teaching and learning paths across one-third of all schools in the United States.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters providing an elite digital workplace, complete scheduling trust, and zero physical office geographical commuting friction across America.
  • Access to an outstanding investment retirement program, offering a corporate company match within our standard **401(k) and Roth 401(k)** programs.
  • Immediate eligibility to enroll in premium, world-class health protection packages, including Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision, and Telehealth insurance.
  • Elite financial and health options, featuring Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) with company contributions.
  • Excellent rest and family-first calibration benefits, including generous Paid Vacation, sick time off, 12 paid public holidays, and a comprehensive **24-week parental leave program featuring 14 weeks fully paid** alongside access to the Milk Stork framework.
  • Continuous skill acceleration support, providing robust **Tuition Reimbursement** tracks, well-being infrastructure programs, and employee assistance workflows.
