Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Senior QA Engineer to join our core centralized Engineering organization in a full-time remote capacity under the recruitment management of Resilient Co. In this high-leverage software quality assurance seat, you will step up to claim individual technical accountability for the long-term design, execution, and continuous optimization of our global test automation frameworks. Shifting completely away from basic record-and-playback scripts or passive bug logging, you will serve as a chief automation specialist building framework architectures completely from scratch across all web, API, and multi-tenant backend services. This position requires a seasoned verification veteran who designs for continuous regression reduction, collaborates smoothly with cross-functional stakeholders to establish rigorous acceptance criteria, and manages testing metrics seamlessly under tight product milestone constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Automated Test Framework Architecture: Architect, build, and maintain scalable, robust automated test frameworks from scratch, checking uncompromised application stability across global deployments.
• Multi-Tier Code Scripting and Execution: Program and optimize clean, maintainable test cases natively utilizing Automation Engineer best practices specifically targeting front-end UIs, core RESTful APIs, and distributed database services.
• CI/CD Testing Pipeline Ingestion: Configure and manage programmatic verification scripts within automated compilation flows natively leveraging QA Engineer workflows inside GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline.
• Backend Relational Validation and Auditing: Run deep validation matrices across distributed data environments, verifying transactional accuracy and structural ledger states natively utilizing complex SQL database querying.
• Manual Exploratory Validation: Conduct meticulous manual exploratory testing loops across complex net-new payment features and intricate edge cases to catch vulnerabilities before staging rollouts.
• Root Cause Isolation and Mitigation: Execute exhaustive diagnostic audits on discovered system defects, determining exact root-cause metrics to prevent code error recurrence.
• Agile Project Tracking Governance: Administer, track, and align software bug states, sprint tickets, and release verification boards natively within Jira management directories.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional history running advanced QA automation engineering, full-lifecycle software test development, continuous integration scripting, or technical database validation consulting.
• Deep, authoritative technical command of modern UI test automation engines, showing a production-tested track record utilizing Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium WebDriver.
• Expert-tier capability building maintainable test blocks, writing custom execution wrappers, and querying transaction logs natively leveraging relational SQL components.
• Demonstrated commercial background managing software quality metrics, sprint backlogs, and technical release frameworks inside **Jira** environments.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication traits in fluent English, with an absolute readiness to interact daily with distributed international engineering teams.
