Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Transaction Monitoring and Categorization: Oversee, evaluate, and input incoming multi-tenant financial updates, standardizing data fields natively utilizing Bookkeeping rules within cloud accounting platforms.
• QuickBooks Online Ledger Governance: Maintain and reconcile comprehensive business accounts, matching payment transactions, client invoices, and international payout pipelines natively leveraging QuickBooks database tools.
• Multi-Platform Bank Portal Auditing: Execute daily bank statement reconciliations across distributed commercial banking environments, explicitly tracking activities across Rho, Stripe, and Nu Bank portals.
• Cash Flow Forecasting and Analysis: Formulate and update active liquidity trackers, comparing expected versus actual client payments to engineer predictive cash flow models and track corporate subscription limits.
• Accounts Receivable & Payable Management: Review, issue, and follow up on client billing statements, coordinating closely alongside internal Sales teams to validate pipeline data and manage new customer onboarding records.
• Comprehensive Monthly Close Execution: Lead and close full corporate monthly balancing operations inside QuickBooks, generating structured balance sheets, P&L charts, and variance evaluation registries.
